Service Standards
We strive to respond to inquiries within 24–48 hours.
Policy documents will be delivered electronically or by mail within standard processing times.
Customer service is available during business hours (M–F, 9am–6pm CST).
Policy Changes & Cancellations
Clients may request policy updates (e.g., address changes, endorsements) in writing.
Cancellations are subject to carrier rules and may include pro-rated refunds.
Dispute Resolution
Concerns regarding our services should first be directed to customer support.
If unresolved, disputes may be escalated in accordance with Texas insurance regulations.
